Platform
Everything it takes to answer a call properly.
Kallabot is the voice layer between the people calling you and the team who can help them. Configure the agent, route the outcome, and keep a record of every word.
Voice agents you configure, not code.
Describe the job, pick a voice, set the questions it must ask and the outcomes it must reach. Agents are versioned, testable, and editable without a deploy.
- Prompt, greeting, and guardrails per agent
- Per-agent voice, language, and speaking style
- Knowledge bases so answers come from your listings and documents
- Test calls to your own phone before anything goes live
Conversations that survive real callers.
Real calls have interruptions, background noise, accents, and people who change their mind halfway through a sentence. The runtime is built for that, not for a demo script.
- Barge-in — callers can interrupt and be understood
- Sub-second response, so pauses don't read as a dropped call
- Multi-language, including switching mid-call when the caller does
- Voicemail detection, so the agent doesn't pitch an answering machine
The right human, at the moment it matters.
Qualification is only useful if a hot lead reaches someone who can close. Route on what you actually know — what they said, what your API returned, what time it is — and fall back cleanly when nobody picks up.
- Warm transfer: the agent briefs the human out loud before handing over, so the caller never repeats themselves
- Cold transfer when speed beats context
- Departments — the agent picks sales, lettings, or support from the conversation itself
- Time-based routing on the hour, the weekday, and your holidays
- Overflow: agent mid-showing or not picking up, and the call rolls to the AI instead of voicemail
- Callback scheduling when there's genuinely nobody free
The second call shouldn't start from nothing.
A caller who rang on Tuesday and rings again on Friday is the same person with the same problem. Kallabot recognises the number, loads what was said last time, and picks the thread back up.
- Inbound callers matched to their contact record before the agent speaks
- Last conversation, properties discussed, and open next steps loaded into context
- Captured fields persist across calls instead of being re-asked
- The whole history stays on one record rather than forking a new lead
Under a second
It picks up before the caller decides you didn't.
Every part of the stack is tuned around one number: how long the person on the other end waits before someone speaks. Past about two seconds, a call reads as dropped and they hang up.
Outbound at volume, without a phone room.
Load a list, pick an agent, and let it work. Pacing, retries, and scheduling are per-campaign, so you can dial a launch list hard and a nurture list gently.
- Contact lists with your own custom fields
- Per-campaign pacing, retries, and scheduling in the contact's own time zone
- Template variables so every call is specific to the contact and the property
- Live campaign progress and per-contact disposition
It reaches into your systems mid-sentence.
An agent that can't check anything is a voicemail with better manners. Give it your endpoints and it will look things up while the caller waits, then keep talking.
- Custom API tools — any HTTP endpoint, called live and spoken back
- Post-call webhooks with transcript, summary, disposition, duration, and cost
- MCP servers, so tools you already expose become tools the agent can use
- 750+ apps and every major CRM through the workflow builder
Every call leaves a record you can audit.
Recording, transcript, summary, disposition, duration, and cost for every call — the difference between believing the system works and being able to show it.
- Full transcripts and recordings
- Structured summaries and dispositions
- Per-call cost and duration
- Analytics by source, agent, campaign, and outcome
Compliance that runs on every call, not on a checklist.
DNC scrubbing, consent capture, and quiet-hours enforcement are part of the call path. They apply whether or not anyone remembered to tick a box.
- DNC list scrubbing before dial
- Recording consent captured and logged
- Quiet-hours and time-zone enforcement
- Number provisioning with the regulatory bundle handled
Bring your own voice
We don't make you take our speech stack.
Kallabot orchestrates the call; the speech vendors do what they're best at. Pick the transcriber and voice per agent, and swap either without rebuilding anything.

Questions
The things people ask before they buy.
How fast does the agent answer?
Inbound calls are picked up immediately, and the agent responds in under a second. That matters more than it sounds: a two-second pause reads as a dropped call and people hang up.
Can it hand off to a real person?
Yes, warm or cold. A warm transfer has the agent brief your colleague out loud — who's calling, what they want, what's been agreed — before the caller is connected, so nobody starts over. You choose what triggers it.
What happens when my agents are all busy?
The call rolls to Kallabot rather than voicemail. It qualifies, captures what they wanted, and either finds someone else who's free or books a callback into the right calendar.
Can it look things up while it's talking?
Yes. A custom API tool can hit your MLS, your inventory, or your own internal system mid-call, and the agent answers with the real result rather than promising a callback.
What happens to the recordings and transcripts?
They're stored against the call record in your workspace and available via the API. They're your data — you can export them, and we don't train on them.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. Kallabot writes into the CRM you already run. The point is to remove the manual write-up, not to become another system of record you have to check.
Which languages are supported?
Agents speak and understand a wide range of languages, and can switch mid-call when a caller does. The exact list depends on the speech providers you pick per agent.
How long does it take to get live?
A working agent on a real number is usually the same day. Getting it good — the questions, the routing rules, the CRM mapping — is the part worth spending a week on.
Hear it before you believe it.
The fastest way to judge a voice agent is to be on the other end of the call. We'll set one up against your real use case.
